By accessing and using trackrLabs ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

trackrLabs provides QR code generation, link shortening, and analytics tracking services. The Service allows users to create trackable QR codes and short links, organize them into campaigns, and analyze engagement metrics including scans, clicks, device types, locations, and other analytics data.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Engage in phishing, spam, or fraudulent activities
• Create links to illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

5. Subscription and Payment

trackrLabs offers subscription plans with a 7-day free trial period. After the trial, you will be charged the subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial ends. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or billing portal. Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by trackrLabs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service, including QR codes and short links.

7. Data and Analytics

The Service collects analytics data including but not limited to: scan/click timestamps, device types, operating systems, browsers, and geographic locations. This data is used to provide analytics features to users. We do not sell or share individual user data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, trackrLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
